What is radon?

Radon is a cancer-causing radioactive gas. You cannot see, smell or taste radon, but it may be a problem in your home.

Why should you test for radon?

The EPA recommends testing your home for radon because testing is the only way to know what the exact radon level is in a home. Without testing, there are no indications that will alert you to the presence of radon and it typically takes years of exposure before health problems surface.

Why use EPI for Radon Testing?

In addition to our thorough home inspection, we also offer radon testing using continuous monitors which is the most accurate way to test for radon in a home. The machines we use have tamper resistant features.
